Angel Lou Masterantonio

In Loving Memory of our little Angel Lou
March 20, 2007 – April 29,2025
18 years,1 month,9 days
Angel Lou Masterantonio passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her family.
Born on March 20, 2007, she unknowingly entered this world as a special gift.
Named “Angel” by her original litter family, she already bore the name that so perfectly reflected her heart. From the very beginning, it was clear she was destined to be part of something extraordinary.
One of three sisters in her litter and daughter to a pup named Bobby, Angel’s name grew to include “Lou” in tribute to the courageous spirit of Lucille—a sign early on that she was meant for greatness. And great she was -fearless, resilient, and full of heart.
Like her namesake, Angel Lou faced life’s challenges with the bravery of a warrior. She overcame back surgery, neck surgery, and even survived cancer—her strength inspiring everyone around her. She brought joy and light wherever she went, winning over even the most reluctant hearts. Grandma Mary, once hesitant to claim a pup as her own, soon found herself lovingly summoning, “Come sit on Grandma’s lap,” while Auntie Rose showered her with kisses.
Above all, Angel Lou was the devoted heart and constant companion of her mom, Antoinette. She kept her grounded and on schedule, especially when it came to meals, games of catch, and daily chats about everything from the weather to the world. Neck snuggles and the smooth sounds of Bobby Darin music became their shared sanctuary.
She is survived by her mom, Antoinette, her best buddy Ted, her Aunties, Kathy, Rosemarie, and Cheryl, as well as a host of best friends.
Though our hearts ache, we take comfort in knowing that Angel Lou is now running free and whole, playing among the stars with loved ones who have gone before her. Her spirit remains with us—brave, loving, and forever cherished
I’m was sad to hear the loss of your precious little angel as I know when you have a pet, they do become a part of the family. By looking at that picture of Angel, I think she was pretty spoiled and loved by all. I send my love and condolences and love.
